Ordering

All products are prepared fresh after your order is placed. Most orders require at least 24 hours notice; custom cakes and event orders may require more. Orders are confirmed once we've verified availability with you.

Cancellations & changes

Contact us as early as possible about changes or cancellations. Once preparation of a made-to-order item has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Custom cake deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote.

Custom cakes

Custom cakes start at $180 and are quoted individually. A design consultation and confirmation happen before any payment. Submitting an inquiry form does not confirm an order.

Allergy & dietary disclaimer

Our desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens. Vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free labels describe ingredients, not allergen-free preparation. Please contact us before ordering for anyone with a serious allergy.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is at 100 Empress Avenue, Toronto, ON M2N 3T4. Delivery availability, area and fees are confirmed per order. Please transport cakes flat and refrigerate promptly.
